Machine Feature
- This machine is applicable for screen printing UV inks of various colors, as well as hot stamping and other decorative processes. It works on products of different shapes—such as bottles, jars and caps—made from materials including plastic, metal and glass.
- Featuring an integrated turntable design, the machine completes all printing functions using the same set of fixtures. It achieves a printing accuracy of up to ±0.1 mm and ensures no scratches on the products.
- Driven by a digitally controlled servo motor, the machine enables 360-degree printing on products. It also comes with remote management and service functions, meeting Industry 4.0 standards.
- The machine adopts electrical components from well-known brands, along with a PLC control system, a user-friendly touch screen and wireless tablet operation, delivering reliable performance.
