Linear Unit Structure Combination For Maximum 8-Color Printing With Fully Automatic Screen Printing Machine
Designed for cylindrical, oval and flat bottles, the machine is widely used for chemical and food packaging.
Product features:
* SL168 automatic printing machine for screen printing of containers in plastic or other materials with round, oval, square or rectangular cross sections and centered or off-center necks. And it is easy for changing different shapes on printing section.
* Shape changeover: From cylindrical to oval or flat shapes in just 30 minutes per machine.
* Linear unit structure combination: Can be operated as a maximum 8-color printing system, each color is controlled independently and can be split according to the number of colors required.
* Machine is PLC and touch screen operated for easy operation with excellent alarm system.
* Feeding components include: Feed belts and robot hand for side selection.
* Flameable for round, oval and square containers
* Pre-positioning device
* Secondary positioning device for printing.
* Electronic lifting device for squeegee
* UV curing by rotation of round containers driven by stepper motors.
* Electronic UV system: 3-stage light adjustment device (alternative to LED UV curing system)
